Backup the original files!
Setup : Copy all the saves from IFF to the game.Put all of the saves from the document Roster , to C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Roaming\2K Sports\NBA 2K13\Saves. After , in game open Load\Save and select Euroleague 2K13. If you want you can install the scoreboard. But your settings must be High.
The Team Names are the only missing thing.
